So How Can I Say This Vintage Item Has Never Been Worn???
Most of the jewelry I sell is from a very large warehouse/business buy-out we purchased in 2005 from a retired jewelry wholesaler who did business IN THE USA from the 1970s thru the 1990s — so it has never been worn or sold at retail – only stored! Much of this fashion jewelry was seasonal department store overstock or made for chain stores. Back in those days wholesalers had to be known and trusted to be an overstock buyer from these stores. In addition, this was BEFORE the “Made in China” days when so much costume jewelry was designed and made in the USA.
